Hi Guys Jayda here, This is my first blog in term four. In class lately we have been doing poetry, Mondrian art (You use 3 primary colours and thick/thin black lines) and The Manawatu Estuary.

The Poetry: The poetry we did was “I come from” or “I am” Poem. The fact that I come from Poem was like  old memorise of your life like i said  “I come from walking in the rain to school” You just say something you remember of when you’re a kid or now.

 Mondrian Art:  Mondrian art is made by a Man named Piet Mondrian, Piet died 1  February 1944 New York United States, He was 71. We had to get Colours like Yellow, Red, blue, Black and white With thick/Thin Black lines.

Basic facts test:We had a basic facts and I passed and got only one question wrong but still got 40 outta 40. We only had 5 minutes and I had 2 questions left and time ran out. But then our teacher Mr.Baker let me quickly finish so I passed when I had the chance to answer them so when i gave him the test he told me i aced it and i passed!!. https://padlet.com/jprangnelljudd/city-of-bugs-jas69vle4kdlzfje

We have been learning about fossils and mammals♥ We did a colour run with powder all over us. We had to do a dance at the end of the colour run and then we got to go down a slip n slide  ♥  We did a school production and I got to be a singing judge. My name was Cherri Cola. We worked hard for ages. It took nine weeks for it to get ready. We had to work through our lunch times but it was still worth it. We all had fun on the real night and everyone still tried their hardest.

Hello I am Jayda and I’m a year 6 my school is Foxton Beach School I love music and anime. My favorite food is sushi and Japanese rice cakes. I’m good at art and fixing things, also i love to edit.
